On Friday morning, I called three companies and they said they were booked through the end of the month even when I told them it was an emergency. I have an elderly mother who survived a stroke and an infant. I then called LC heating and Cooling and they said no problem someone will be there between 10 and 11. Louie showed up on time, quickly figured out what the problem was and went searching for the needed part. He found the part explained everything to me and got the crew to help install it. Well, I would first start with not only did they arrive right on time to help with my heater, I was able to text them pictures of my thermostat when there were more problems and HE called ME to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I needed a new thermostat and, again was super helpful, the cost to come back to the house was only for the part - no extra service fee. If you need help with your air, or heating - Luis with LC Heating and Cooling is a very smart choice.  Professional, prompt, and polite with exceptional skills. Picked up a scent of gas near my mechanical closet and immediately called a company for check up, Louie at LC Heating & Cooling was at my door the very next day to look at my system, turns out I had a dangerous leak from a component that could not be repaired. With a 4 week old baby in the house going without heat was not option. Louie was thoughtful, considerate and extremely professional, he was able to shuffle his schedule and installed a top of the line Carrier system a day later, just before and expected coldfront was moving in.
